چکیده
Remote sensing technology has been widely applied in various fields, including oil, gas, and mineral exploration, spatial planning, environmental monitoring. This paper describes the application of remote for potential study a renewable micro hydropower plant (MHP) using Landsat 8 satellite data. The Sukaati Watershed, West Java, Indonesia, was selected as case area. data, acquired on August 21, 2020, to extract information land use, geology, landslides. Drainage patterns, watershed boundaries, head height were obtained from topographic map use are used calculate flow rates. Geological landslide basis layout MHP components, such water intake, dam, waterway, settling tank, penstock, powerhouse. A field survey acquire actual rate conducted validate results data interpretation. Two sites with design 129 kW 5.18 MW. showed that is beneficial studying because fieldwork can be done more quickly efficiently.

Landsat-8 Operational Land Imager (OLI) Radiometric Performance On-Orbit
Expectations of the Operational Land Imager (OLI) radiometric performance onboard Landsat-8 have been met or exceeded. The calibration activities that occurred prior to launch provided calibration parameters that enabled ground processing to produce imagery that met most requirements when data were transmitted to the ground. Since launch, calibration updates have improved the image quality even...
متن کاملLandsat-8 Operational Land Imager Design, Characterization and Performance
The Operational Land Imager (OLI) on Landsat-8 represents a generational change from heritage Landsat instruments in its design, while it maintains data continuity with the 40+ year Landsat data archive. It preserves the 30-m ground sample distance, 185-km swath width and VIS/NIR/SWIR spectral bands. Furthermore, data continuity resulted from extensive pre-launch and on-orbit calibration and ch...
متن کاملLandsat-8 Operational Land Imager Radiometric Calibration and Stability
The Landsat-8 Operational Land Imager (OLI) was radiometrically calibrated prior to launch in terms of spectral radiance, using an integrating sphere source traceable to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards of spectral irradiance. It was calibrated on-orbit in terms of reflectance using diffusers characterized prior to launch using NIST traceable standards. The radian...
متن کاملThe Spectral Response of the Landsat-8 Operational Land Imager
This paper discusses the pre-launch spectral characterization of the Operational Land Imager (OLI) at the component, assembly and instrument levels and relates results of those measurements to artifacts observed in the on-orbit imagery. It concludes that the types of artifacts observed and their magnitudes are consistent with the results of the pre-launch characterizations. The OLI in-band resp...
متن کاملGeothermal area detection using Landsat 8 operational land imager and thermal infrared sensor data in Ardabil province, Iran
GIS and remote sensing technique with using Landsat 8 images data are very important methods for detection of geothermal resources. In this study, Land Surface Temperature (LST) for Ardabil province in northwest of Iran, was derived with the use of Landsat 8 Operational Land Imager (OLI) of 30 m spatial resolution and Thermal Infrared Sensor (TIRS) data of 100 m spatial resolution. We consider ...
